"I recently had a patient who fell and had a fractured dislocation - I helped him through the healing process from the very beginning until the end. He had an excellent outcome and it was extremely gratifying when he came back to my office and told me he was able to play the violin again. I just knew that he had made a complete recovery.

I really enjoy working with the upper extremity because, as a musician and a surgeon, I rely on my hands every day and understand that my patients do as well. Helping to restore the health of my patients is a fulfilling vocation.

I try to approach patients as if they were family members so that they know I genuinely care about them and will do everything I can to see them through their recovery process.

I love coming to work and making a positive impact on the health and lives of my patients."
